Job Description
In this position, your work will be very diverse. You will not only tend to regular administrative tasks, but also assist sales & marketing in business operational process, cross department communication, and frequent liaison with customers. There will be many opportunities for you to practice communication skills as your role requires you as well to take care of account team'' various requests on a daily base. Bandwidth allocation: 50% for ZTE & New H3C sales operation activities 50% for generic Data Collection Group (DCGS) China / Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) Shanghai site activities.

Qualifications
Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English and Mandarin, good communication skills-Good skills in Microsoft Office applications-Detail-oriented with patience-Ability to work independently or as part of a team to collaborate with others to achieve high quality results-Ability to multitask and has a clear idea of priority-Location in Shanghai, engineering background preferred, at least 2 work days per week, minimum 6 months.
